Critical Process Control Model CPC-16EX

The CompuDAS® CPC-16EX is a complete, flexible, stand alone Control and Data Acquisition System designed to monitor, document and control processes for Ovens, Autoclaves, Furnaces, and Presses. A companion PC is used for operator display only and has no effect on process control or management. Process measurements are stored on the CPC-16EX control systems solid state hard drive for transmission to the operator PC or network as desired. The Operator PC is Windows compatible and allows for recipe creation, recipe recall, process monitoring, data file archiving, report generation and operator high-level control.

Critical Process Control Model CPC-8

The CompuDAS® CPC-8 is a compact Critical Process Control and Data Acquisition system. It is designed to monitor, document and control processes for Small Ovens, Autoclaves, Furnaces, and Presses.
A companion PC is used for operator display and configuration set up. Once the parameters are defined, the PC has no active control of the processes. Process measurements are stored on the control system’s solid state hard drive then transmitted to the operator PC.

Critical Process Control Model CPM-8

The CompuDAS® Model CPM-8 is a low cost, unit for process monitoring that is equipped with eight independent analog inputs. Inputs may be a combination of thermocouples, RTD’s, pressure transducers or almost any voltage or current (4-20ma) based sensors.

The CPM-8 system is a wall mounted unit that includes a Digital Display, a Menu driven Keypad and one Single Board Computer with a built-in solid state Hard Drive. The CPM-8 provides high-speed, low cost communication utilizing our friendly Windows Based Software, and Ethernet connectivity which allows multiple PC’s to view and access data simultaneously.

Critical Process Monitor Model CPM-16

The CompuDAS® CPM-16 is a low cost self-contained unit for process monitoring that has 16 independent analog inputs. Inputs may be a combination of thermocouples, RTD’s, pressure transducers or almost any voltage or current based sensors. Expansion boards may be remote from the base unit for SCADA applications. The basic CPM-16 system is a desktop unit and includes one 16 channel Analog Input Card, Front Panel Display and Switches and one Single Board Computer with built-in solid state Hard Drive that can store over three million readings even if the operator PC is “off-line”

Critical Process Monitor Model CPM-16EX

The CompuDAS® CPM-16E is a low cost unit for process monitoring that can be configured to accept from 16 to 256 independent analog inputs. Inputs may be a combination of thermocouples, RTD’s, pressure transducers or almost any voltage or current based sensors. Expansion boards may be remote from the base unit for SCADA applications. The basic CPM-16EX system is a wall mounted NEMA Enclosure and includes one 16 channel Analog Input Card, Front Panel Display, Switches, and one Single Board Computer with built-in solid state Hard Drive that can store over three million readings even if the operator PC is “off-line”.

Sentinel

Years before the personal computer was introduced, CompuDAS systems were on the job in industrial control and data acquisition. Rugged and reliable then as they are now the Sentinel industrial control systems have been on the job since 1978. The The CompuDAS® Sentinel is a stand-alone controller with it’s own real-time multi-tasking, multi-user operating system. The user interface (UI) is handled via a network connected Windows PC. The UI offers a full-featured Recipe Definition and Configuration, Job Setup, Color Graphing, and easy End-to-End Calibration screens.

Uniformity Calibrator Model UC-45

The CompuDAS UC-45 measures up to 45 temperature inputs. A thermocouple jack is provided for each channel. Junction compensation is located at the jack panel so that all thermocouple types are accommodated with the standard unit. Windows based companion software provides ease of operator set-up.

Variable Vacuum Upgrade Kit

CompuDAS offers a variable vacuum control upgrade kit. This package is installed between the users vacuum source and the manifold supplying vacuum to the parts being processed. A vacuum pump is available if facility vacuum is not available. The kit includes a vacuum tank, valves, and a closed loop controller. Software is included for upgrades to existing CompuDAS based control systems.
