If we have learnt anything from over four decades in the field it’s that; no two customers are the same.  Luckily, unlike some systems, CompuDAS CPCs are fully customized to your exact requirements on installation.  Whatever your process, CompuDAS Controls will carry out the task just as you need it done.

Our Critical Process Control systems have been installed onto autoclaves, presses and ovens all around the world. Large or small, our highly customizable hardware & software has been specially developed to fit our customers’ needs.  At CompuDAS we never require your process to fit our software.

CPC Usability

Through a familiar, and easy to use, Windows based application, CompuDAS CPCs are instinctive to programme and simple to operate for even the most complex of custom cures and recipes.  Keeping training time and the chance of costly operator errors to a minimum.

CPC Reliability

CompuDAS systems use a Single Board Computer (SBC) actually within the Control System itself.  The SBC is programmed via our own Windows application on a separate computer. When the cure has begun, the SBC completely manages the cure itself and provides updates to the PC. If the PC fails during an operation – no problem – the SBC is still in control of the process. This protects against all common PC failures, other network issues and completely removes the need for two expensive PCs to monitor operations in case one fails.

CompuDAS has been leading the field in designing Intelligent and innovative Cure Controls since 1967.  That experience shows in the CompuDAS CPC cure control software which contains hundreds of options and recipes to create high quality curing and bonding of composite materials. Including;

CPC Advanced Customized Reporting

No two customer’s are the same, no two processes.  Standard reporting often means customers will be wrestling with Excel in order to produce the data they actually need.  With CompuDAS we can fully customize the reporting at installation or later as part of the custom software setup.  Get the reports you want, when you want them, direct from the Critical Process Controller.

CPC Remote Viewing & Controls

CompuDAS Critical Process Controls utilize trusted remote terminal functionality.  While some companies are trying to develop cloud based products or to use commercial VPNs like “PC-Anywhere”, CompuDAS systems rely on secure, tried & tested technologies to give remote access to the process controls.  With increasing in ‘interest’ in machines and manufacturing processes from hackers, we don’t think you want your autoclave, furnace or press to be taken over by a teenager in bedroom in Belgium – or worse.
